Category Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Work closely with Head of Commercial (Director) and Buying and Trade Planning team to ensure that products achieve to Department target (Sales, Gross Profit) - Understand all products sold in the store and able to plan product management effectively - Analyze a category report and advise on a strategy to improve store assortment - Manage the store assortment to match with each type of stores - Update market trend and customer behavior insight to ensure Merchandising plan is up to date - Collaborate with Marketing Department regarding product promotion to match with marketing strategies and tactics - Handle troubleshooting on outstanding issues - Perform other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, or related field -Work experience with 3-5 years of experience in managerial level, preferably Retail or Modern Trade background -Strong knowledge in merchandising and have marketing sense -Excellent in analytical and problem-solving skills -Pro-active, hardworking, can-do attitude -Experience working in a fast-paced and pro-active environment -Good computer literacy (MS Office especially Excel) -Able to travel upcountry and have driving license
