Regional Operation - Department Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Lead and supervise Regional Operation team to ensure that all understand and comply with all team objectives, performance standards, and policies. - Escalate and discuss all critical AM, SC issues with the Management team to ensure prompt resolution of cases. - Provide direction to Supervisor and Agents regarding best practices or how to manage difficult calls whilst identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements. - Monitor and evaluate Supervisor and Agent performance, provide learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary. - Prepare management report to analyze data and to assist management in determining Regional Operation goals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field. - Minimum 7 years' experience in any field (direct Customer Service experience is a plus). - Proficiency with technology, especially computers, CRM software, Microsoft Office suites, and phone systems. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance. - Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills. - Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours. - Prepared to be on-call to support a large team working in different shifts.
