หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Gathering business requirements by interviewing client’s end users, IT, and stakeholders to gather system and application requirements.
• Applying analytical problem-solving methods to projects and issues
• Design and confirm functional specification including application flow, business logics, screens, reports and data files, etc.
• Understanding business problems and goals of users
• Recommending solutions and technical solutions
• Resolving conflicts between user requirements
• Supporting the implementation and rollout of the proposed solution
• Analyzing data to predict trends through research
• Presenting your findings to business stakeholders

• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working as a Product Owner.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Skills in managing and prioritizing tasks.
• Proficiency in using product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other related tools.
• Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
