IT Support Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Lead and grow a high-performing IT support team
• - Drive IT strategies aligned with business priorities
• - Manage infrastructure, systems, networks, and IT security
• - Own IT budgeting, planning, and vendor relationships
• - Set up automation, reporting tools, and proactive support systems
• - Leverage tools like JIRA and Discord to manage tasks and team flow
• - Stay ahead of emerging tech and drive continuous improvement

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure, networking & security
• - 5+ years in IT support, 3+ years in a leadership role
• - Proven experience in budget and vendor management
• - Hands-on with tools like JIRA, ITSM systems, and monitoring tools
• - Comfortable managing through Discord and modern collaboration platforms
• - ITIL and/or PMP certification is a plus
