Key Account Executive - Rizz-up

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Acquire and onboard new restaurant partners to join Rizz-up.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key restaurant accounts.
• Provide consultation and after-sales support to help partners grow.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Product) for client success.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and achieve sales targets.
• Balancing diverse client needs under tight deadlines.
• Driving customer success in a dynamic startup environment.
• Ensuring high satisfaction while achieving ambitious growth targets.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 2–3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or customer success (F&B or SaaS preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with restaurants or hospitality clients is an advantage.
