หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Build, train and lead local sales teams. • Define goals and strategies for Sales Manager to achieve their target • Coaches in direct advice about sales process or sales mentality. • Planning, organizing, and coordinating all Sales activities in order to achieve sales target. Manage together with the Country Director on the company Profit and Loss statement. • Preparation / submission of weekly & monthly Sales Report. • Review sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement. • Plan and implement Sale force objectives, individual territories sales action plans and review all sales appraisals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Minimum 5 years of experiences in Sales Management • Be able to work under high pressure, self-motivation, high commitment and can do attitude • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Strong sales and analytical knowledge. • Able to communicate in English
