Regional Technical Manager (Pre Openings)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Be responsible for providing technical support through to opening of hotels within the La Vie portfolio. - Review master plan, floor plans and technical data sheets and comment to ensure Brand Standards are met. - To form lasting relationships with Owner’s and to negotiate win win outcomes with design changes and build challenges. - To have a sound understanding of Autocad drawings and the ability to comment and critique. - Understand spatial requirements of all aspects of Hotel and Resort designs and the applicable FLS requirements of the Brand in each region of SEA. - Ensure that new products and concepts are connected to customers and prospects systematically; - Build close networks with suppliers to recommend Environmentally Sustainable systems and practices during the design stage for Owners and their consultants. - Be able to work effectively on the road to ensure deadlines are met.

Ability to identify new business opportunities using industry contacts and previous experience. Participate in technical and operational discussions.
