Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• 2. Supervise and control the performance of the marketing team (Content Creator, Video Creator, Graphic Designer, KOL) to ensure quality standards and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communication platforms.
• Manage and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to maximize brand exposure.
• Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Provide marketing materials and content that align with business strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
• Able to analyze performance and metric data to provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Highly detail-oriented and meticulous in campaign planning and execution.
• Has a creative mindset while also maintaining structured and analytical thought processes.
• A start-up mindset, willing to work hard and think outside the box under pressure but usually in a dynamic environment!
• Experience in managing and leveraging social media platforms and E-commerce platforms.
• Interest or passion for skincare products is a must.
