IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER IN THAILAND

• This is a great opportunity for someone who is IT-savvy and enjoys setting up and providing maintenance of IT infrastructures. Our Group ITM comprises of two functions, IT Operations (Infrastructure, Communications and IT Security) and Business Systems (Solutions). As a key member of the IT Operations function, you will be responsible for setting up, upgrade, maintain and improve RMA IT systems as per agreed strategy, policy and standards in Thailand, as well as in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and other countries where RMA operates as needed. The IT systems include IT Networking, Service, Data Communication (Internet, Intranet, VPN), and Security, and you will work with various IT and country/branch teams on a daily basis to maintain IT systems to a Group standard, and ensuring users comply with IT standards and policies. Functional responsibilities include these areas: • Setup, upgrade and maintain physical and virtual servers located at Head Office and other branches in Bangkok. • Upgrade and maintain computer network systems (both wired and wireless). • Perform periodic (planned) systems maintenance. • Manage the backup system. • Troubleshoot and fix unexpected incidents. • Monitor systems health and flag any concerns in a timely manner to reduce risks. • Make sure the CMDB is up-to-date. • Work closely with the Group IT Operations team in order to enforce the related Group IT standards/policies. • Provide day-to-day user support to all branches and countries.

• The position is open to Thai nationals with good communication skills and experience in these areas: 1. Around 3 years of experience in setting up, upgrading and maintaining servers (both CentOS Linux and Microsoft). 2. Demonstrable knowledge of cloud technologies (preferably AWS and /or Azure) The position is open to Thai nationals with good communication skills in both Thai and English and experience in these areas: 1. Around 3 years of experience in setting up, upgrading and maintaining servers (both Microsoft and Linux CentOS). 2. Demonstrable experience in managing computer network systems (e.g. Cisco and FortiGate). 3. Experience in AWS and/or Azure 4.
