The incumbent will be responsible for • Process Sales and invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced and paid on time/accurately. • Follow up orders and shipments of assigned accounts with either internal or 3rd party suppliers to meet customer expectations. • Prepare monthly report to assist all teams such as Sales forecast and Sales report. • Database executes in new customer registration and invoice. • Plan and follow up with inland transportation (truck fleet) • Ensure delivery systems are run in an efficient manner.

Qualification • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain management or related field. • 2-3 years working experience in customer service, sales order processing and Sales Support function. • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics is an advantage. • Good communication skill in English and good in computer skill. • Team work, proactive, flexible, customer service and energetic attitude.
