หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. ดูแล และ ควบคุมเครื่องฆ่าเชื้อด้วยระบบแก๊ส Ethylene Oxide และเครื่องมือ ต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. ใช้เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการดูแล ควบคุม และดฝ้าระวังของการฆ่าเชื้อด้วย แก๊ส Ethylene Oxide 3. บันทึกข้อมูล ที่ใช้ในการฆ่าเชื้อ เช่น อุณหภูมิ เวลา ความเข้มข้นของแก๊ส ความชื้น และ อื่นๆ 4. สามารถทำงานในโกดัง อย่างเป็นระบบ 5. ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของสินค้าหลังการฆ่าเชื้อด้วย ตัวบ่งชี้ทางชีวะ Biological Indicator 6. ทำเอกสาร รายงานผล Test report 7. มีความรู้เรื่อง การทำงานกับสารเคมี และ ชีววิทยา จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 8. มีความรู้ด้านภาษาอังกฤษหรือญี่ปุ่น และมีประสบการณ์ จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following tasks of this job include, but not limited to: 1. Operates the sterilisation process with Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilisers and its testing equipment. 2. Moves materials (products) in and out of the steriliser throughout the sterilisation process. 3. operates material handling equipment. 4. Documents all the steps involved in the sterilisation according to the risk management standards. 5. Must be able to perform all functions involved in warehouse and perform post-sterilisation inspection. 6. Inspect the performance quality (using Biological Indicators or BIs) and make sure that all the products met the requirement. 7. Initiates the maintenance work for the sterilisers, make sure that all the components of the sterilisers are operating correctly and if any faults detected, must take actions to reduce potential risks. 8. Participates in safety training, audits activities and operational process improvements. 9. Monitors all the parameters involved during the sterilisation processes which are conditioning, sterilisation, and aeration. These parameters include temperature, gas concentrations (Ethylene oxide and Carbon dioxide, and air), humidity, pressure, time and other parameters involved. 10. Make test reports for daily sterilisation and other related documentations. 11. Basic knowledge of chemical process and hazards, and experience in sterilization industry will be advantage. 12. Be able to communicate in English or Japanese. Reading skill at least is required. 13. Have the “Can-do” attitude and positive thinking.
