HR Recruitment Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end people relation process; recruitment, welcoming, retention and goodbye. - Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. - Create and implement effective onboarding plans. - Communicate to employees on issues about payroll and welfare & benefits. - Conduct exit interviews, analysis the report to management - Manage team report e.g. Employee records, Staff movement, Org chart, Budget, etc. - Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. - Support team activities - Perform other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• To succeed in this role, you need to have: - Degree in any bachelor - At least 2 years of experience in HR, People relations or related - Good verbal and written communication skills - Enjoy eating out, partying. Attention grabbing with excellent presentation skills. - Problem solving skill - Pro-active attitude, who enjoys to work in a fast-paced environment
