-Organize the Training and Development Program for all employees -Work as an internal Instructor/Trainer in the company specific in assigned -Support HRD Program for employees such as Competency Development, Career Development and Succession Planning -Support Performance management system for company -Update Man Power Planning and data analytic for management -Implement new HR Information system for employee self-service. -Conduct Climate Survey and employee communication and engagement -Manage Line Official and Facebook to be the communication tool for all employees.

-Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant fields of human resources, psychology, law, political science, public/business administration with experience approximately 3 years -Good command of computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel (Pivot table, Formula, Data analytics), infographic. -Strong command of English, or Japanese Skill is an advantage -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
