HR Operation Section Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Oversee the recruitment process and manpower planning • Develop and monitor overall HR operations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Social Security, employee relation • Develop/improve HRIS to ensure effective HR administration • Monitor and report key HRIS data to management team to evaluate effective HR management • Oversee Visa and Work Permit, HR Administration Task • Knowledge of labor law and ensure all HR policies are compliant. • Develop communicate and monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure understanding and acceptance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant fields of human resources, psychology, law, political science, public/business administration with experience approximately 5 years and above • Knowledge of salary, tax, benefit welfare, Social Security • Knowledge of labor law • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good command of computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel (Pivot table, Formula, Data analytics). • Strong command of English, or Japanese Skill is an advantage • Good presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
