Project Management Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Attend project meetings alongside the Project Manager or serve as the designated representative when required.
• Collaborate closely with Project Engineers, customers, consultants, and end-users to align on project objectives.
• Plan, schedule, and track work progress in accordance with actual site conditions.
• Supervise daily site work progress and manage Signalling and Telecommunication works, including managing local subcontractors and providing technical support for import/export activities
• Manage and control quantity surveying for supplies in coordination with subcontractors and relevant project stakeholders.
• Handle local human resource management to support and facilitate various project activities.
• Perform any other tasks related to project execution as directed by the Project Manager.
• Identify, monitor, and prepare reports on project issues, potential risks, and interface challenges.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports detailing overall project site progress.
• Provide daily or weekly reports to the Project Manager highlighting any critical site issues or risks.
• Generate ad-hoc project status summaries upon request (templates and guidance will be provided).
• Perform administrative and office management duties, including documentation, drawing support, and translation of incoming correspondence as necessary.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related field are plus.
• More than 5 years of experience in the railway signalling industry with project management and coordination is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of railway signalling principles, signalling design, interlocking systems, and testing/commissioning processes.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, project lifecycles, schedule control, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders (including internal teams, clients, and subcontractors).
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) is preferred for seamless stakeholder communication and documentation.
• Ability to relocate based on project locations. Initially based in Bangkok, with a later relocation to Nakhon Phanom."
