หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• What you will do: - Manage a team of 2-3 staff to perform and deliver audit, financial advisory, financial operation consulting, and other special projects initiated by managing director - Support directly to the manager, and might be working directly with managing director in some projects - Advise clients to help them achieve their business/assignment objectives - Conduct research and analysis, and write up report on business plan assignment - Act as key contact person to client or client’s management - Manage multiple projects/assignments at the same time - Monitor quality of work and help the team achieve project/assignments goals - Work on ad-hoc projects/managements initiated by the managing director Who you are: - Open – minded, can-do, and thriving attitude - Your passion in business analysis, control design, and financial techniques - Good team player with strong sense of humility - Ability to multi-task, with decent communication skills, internally and externally - Strong knowledge in accounting/finance/tax - A bachelor degree/or higher in accounting or finance - 3-5 year work experience from audit/financial advisory - Ability to communicate in English, with Japanese will be strong plus
