Responsibilities: -Performs installations adjustments, problem analysis, service, upgrading and maintenance of workstations, other ICT devices and software needed to support the workplace -Performs IT infrastructure monitoring and preventive maintenance -Handling and all other jobs at the director's order. -Co-ordinate with a service center or head office for complicated technical issue -Provide technical information or device about IT product. -Managing multiple cases at one time. -Prepare and install standard of programs into laptop for new device.

Qualifications: -Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology educational background and relevant experiences or related fields. -At least 0-3 years of experience in IT Support, young graduates are welcome. -Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. -Excellent interpersonal skills. -Good communication skill in English.
