หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide litigation and other legal services to mainly foreign clients in an international environment;
• Responsible for court proceedings including Civil Court, Criminal Court, Bankruptcy Court, International Trade and Intellectual Property Court, Labor Court, and Juvenile and Family Court;
• Plan out litigation strategies to claim against the counterparty or defend the client;
• Lead and organize background information and documentation required for court hearings including drafting and reviewing court documents including but not limited to the plaint, defense, motions, and petitions;
• Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions
• Collaborate to investigate the allegations and formulate responses;
• Represent clients in Court and arbitration;
• Represent clients in mediation;
• Provide and draft recommendations on legal substance of the case;
• Draft lawsuits, petitions to the court and other legal documents;
• Be able to communicate with clients and maintain good relationship;
• Manage cases under supervision of or report to partners and senior lawyers;
