Accounting Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Generate and follow up on invoices for clients;
• • Coordinate with clients via emails including request for billing details;
• • Control and manage client payments;
• • Issue related documents such as receipts, invoices, tax invoices, and withholding tax;
• • Prepare and handle cheques payment and petty cash;
• • Perform account reconciliations;
• • Handling Bank Accounts and Accounting matters for the company;
• • Contact and manage with the bank for checking payments from clients inside and outside the country;
• • Train and use the CRM accounting system of the firm;
• • Other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager, Partners and Managing Partner.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• • Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail.
• • Fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• • Capable to prioritize and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• • Operate well under pressure with pleasant personality and service-minded attitude.
