• Sales and marketing brochures/catalogues/presentations, project photo’s etc. Microsoft word, excel, power-point, and outlook email Coordinating shipments and deliveries with suppliers, manufacturers, shipping companies, clients Coordinating quotations from suppliers for all items as required used in the factory and office Assisting with Quotations and Invoices to fabricators and clients Managing expenses and time sheets Assisting with staff searches/job advertising etc. Filing and general administration Arranging travel, air travel, accommodation, visas etc. Various other duties as required
