Telesales Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - This position oversees the daily running and supervise the telesales team
• - coaching the team to meet any sales targets and the development and training of telesales staffs.
• - Supervise a telesales team to achieve sale target on monthly and yearly sale target.
• - Boost up the team production
• - suggest the operational works related and problem-solving for the team to meet with the required service level components standards and targets
• - Coach the sales team to work efficiently to achieve the targets
• - Agree with the Manager to conduct a sales plan that expands company’s customer portfolio and increase the revenue for sustainability growth.
• - Be part of recruiting the high-potential candidates, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• - Support the implement the campaigns and motivation to boost up the team’s performance to hit the target
• - Coordinate training programs for telesales team
• - Prepare the sale summaries, forecasting and analyzing sales data and produce the sales report as required by Management team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related fields.
• - Age between 30 – 45 years old
• - Proven experiences at least 3 years as Team leader for telesales team
• - Can do attitude and dynamics
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• - Excellent negotiation skill
• - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time Only short listed candidate will be notified
