หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Provide advanced technical support to SEA helpdesk/onsite team 2. Provide 2nd level helpdesk service to end users, especially for VIP users in SEA 3. Manage IT onsite engineers in SEA region and UAE to make sure that they can achieve the target KPI and they conform to the company policy 4. Provide advices and training on IT related subjects 5. Develop IT knowledgebase 6. Monitor and follow-up the Group projects roll-out in order to achieve the Group target 7. Validate and reconcile all types of users ID/email in the region 8. คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Male or Female age not over 30 years old 2. Degree qualified in an IT related subject. 3. 2+ years of working experience in IT Support filed 4. Strong background in Windows Operating systems 5. Able to work independently and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills 6. Good command of both written and spoken English. 7. Good command relations and communication skills. 8. Experience as a Team/Project Leader (preferred) 9. Proven supervisorial experiences in a multinational or progressive regional company (preferred)
