Retail Sales Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to supervisors. -Guide Supervisors, PC & PCP towards maximum performance. -Prapare break event analysis and margin control about the price list by monthly basic. -Monitor stocks levels and prepare selling FCST report to purchasing team. -Updating and Planning future products promotion for shop in shop channel. -Deal with complaints from Such as CRC (Supersport), Home Pro, Customers to maintain the brand reputation. -Inspect the layout in the store and resolve any issue such as layout, compettition. -Survey and update the market trends to determind the need for improvements the store. -Tracking sales for each store and comparing with the compettitor / Products Benchmark in the retail market. -Maintains shop in shop staffs by recruiting, selecting, interviewing and training employee. -Maintains Supervisors & PC job by training, coaching, conseling and discipline -Achieves financial objectives by price control, clearing CR,Slow moving and discontinued products. - Store improvement by products display management, keep well relationship with a store manager. -Cosidering to open a new shop, reasonable guarantee target, prepare inside-outside store report to a management. -Communicate well to Supervisors & PC, PCP regarding to the updated company policy from management via talk or inform into line group. -Update promotion price list or any price change to CRC, HP,TWD and checking the price on each store for adjusted correclty. -Approval iHRM,Bpm request from Supervisors,PC,PCP(Time attendance/record, day off, sick leave or request company wellfare) -Creativity for new activity of shop in shop to pushing sales purpose. -Conduct meeting with Supervisors by weekly basic to update sales, job projress, problem, issue, action plan for target sale achievement. -Checking&review Supervisors and PC commission report and follow up the routing approval. -Controlling budget for UPC transpotation and follow up the routing approval until payment setup.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -ิBachelor's degree related fields -Experience 10 years Modern trade Sales Manager or other sales -Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills. -Have high leadership. -Able to communicate well in English : speak, read, write. -Have a good attitude in work. -Able to work under pressure.
