Wellness Sales Assistant Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Develop a execute a comprehensive sales for our massage chair product line setting clear objectives,targets,and action plan identify key markets,customer segments,and growth opportunities. -Building Wellness Team -Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals. Provide guidance, training and coaching to ensure team members reach their full potential and exceed sales targets. -Other as assigned by Manager -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors, and partners, Act as the main point of contact for important accounts and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the market presence of our massage chair products. -Monitor and analyze sales performance,market trends, and competitive landscape. Implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities and overcome challenges. -Create accrete sales, track progress against targets, and report regularly to senior eve management. Adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals. -Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaign promotion,and product launches. Provide insights and feedback to refine messaging and strategies. -Lead negotiations with clients, retailers, and partners on pricing contracts,and terms.Ensure Agreements are favorable and aligned with company objectives. -Utilize sales data and analytics to identify trends,opportunities,and area for improvement. Use insights to make informed decisions and develop effective sales strategies -Plan and participate in trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to showcase massage chair product,build brand awareness and generate leads -Gather feedback from clients and partners to understand their needs, preferences ,and pain points.Advocate for customer-centric improvements in product offerings and sales processes.
