Commercial Sale Director

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for commerical business growth.
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify potential for business growth.
• Identify areas of the organization that can be expanded and developped.
• Manage and Build relationships with clients and contractors for every sales channel
• Monitor local legal regulations that might affect business growth.
• Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
• Set sales direction to team members. Initialte sales strategy to ensure success
• Submit sales report to HQ bi weekly and other reports required.
• Ensure team member to follow company rules and regulations. Identify team members key issue and develop solution to ensure smooth work flow
• Solve customer issues and complaints to improve brand image.
• Develop a close relationship with key accounts from every sales channels.
• Foresee and anticipate market trend and adjust strategies to ensure sales growth.
• Liase with MD, HQ, sales admin, warehouse, logistics, accounting, services team and marketing to achieve sale goal andcustomers satisfaction
• Lead and Coach new and existing team members to ensure proficiency and professional
• Report; - Pipeline report. - Purchase quota. - Purchase forecast. - Weekly plan / Monthly plan / Annual plan and budget.
• CRM Management;Check / Audit ; - Activity. - Loss project. - Neglected A/C. - Gym management report.
• Detailed sales improvement and action plan with specific time line to be completed.
• Keep track of product order / order / ETD / Set up schedule.
• Others as assigned by Managing Director.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Business management.
• Age above 40 years old.
• Gender : Male / Female.
• 10 Years in sales and marketing.
• Fluent in english for writing , listening and speaking.
• Proven track record of sales, Project management.
• Proven leadership and management skills,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management skills,
• Ability to delegate tasks and supervise others,
• Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
