Product Training Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct product training sessions and equipment demonstrations for customers, sales teams, and partners nationwide. 11. Stay current with fitness trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to continuously improve training quality
• Deliver hands-on training on proper machine usage, focusing on ergonomics, safety, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with the sales team to plan and execute training schedules for new project installations or upon request.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure updated product knowledge and consistent brand communication.
• Apply knowledge from sports science, biomechanics, or exercise physiology to educate internal teams and enhance product understanding
• Communicate with global or partners to exchange knowledge, request technical consultations, and ensure training content accuracy.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
• Act as a technical coordinator to assist in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues during or after training sessions.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives by demonstrating equipment at events, exhibitions, and roadshows
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent product understanding and brand alignment
• Collaborate with internal teams, Headquarter or global teams in term of any equipment knowledge supports.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by managers

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
• Experience as a personal trainer or in the fitness industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
• Ability to travel nationwide frequently for on-site training.
• Passionate about fitness, technology, and continuous learning.
