Assistant Warehouse Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Ensure effecetive utitilization of warehouse and observes proper loading /unloading , stocking and safekeeping of FG/ traded products to maintain the good quality and prevent handling damage as well as avoid occurrence of pilferage, accidents and occupational hazards. 2.Effectively monitor flow of goods and implements FIFO method in the use of application system.SAP familiar or WMS management background is preferable. 3. Coordinate with the purchasing department with regards to incoming delivery of FG and spares. 4. Manage 3PLs in warehouse management and dispatching occasional or assignement from supervisors. 5.Maintain the highest standards of customer service by immediately attending and resolving customer issues on product preparation before dispatch. 6.Coordinates with the marketing department in maintaining minimum and maximum level of FG in warehousee based on market demand and sale forecast in line with purchasing/traffice of incoming products. 7. Ensure accuracy of products inventories against system records by conducting cycle count on a periodic basis following appropriate guideline release by accounting and audit departments. 8.Conducts regular cycle count as per established schedule and guideline both in house, shopfloor and promotional areas. Evaluate and analyze inventory variances as well as implement preventive countermeasure based on the result of inventory variance analysis. 9.Support suepervisor in ad-hoc assignment or new project development, process improvement in line with company objectives and/or market benchmark/HQ target. ** ทำงานวันจันทร์ - เสาร์ เวลา 08.30 - 17.30 น. หยุดเสาร์ที่สอง และเสาร์ที่สี่ ของเดือน

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -BA or MBA in Logistics&SCM; or Economics or equivalent. -8-10 Years in WH&SCM;/Planing, Project management and/or SAP. -WMS/SAP or transportation model/ERP -Fluent English and presentation skill
