หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Short brief of requirement 1. Maintenance &Repair experiences in coffee retail environment or related field 2. Good knowledge of coffee machine and ability to maintain the equipment in well condition 3. Proven ability to plan, coordinate and monitor M&R program activities 4. Quality Control experiences is definitely a plus KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Provide assistance to all active stores with technology-related issues including (but not limit to) coffee machine, food equipment, POS software program, IT equipment, delivery mobile application -Respond promptly to technical incident by running diagnostics on malfunctioning hardware/software, finding solutions and ensuring that all malfunctions and disrepair are most quickly fixed and reported -Implement and assist on the new applications or POS operating systems -Be the key person on setting up the required equipment for opening new stores -Liaise when necessary with IT Department and align the same corporate’s regulation Maintenance & Repair -Create a reliability work culture through establishment of Planned Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Pro-Active Maintenance techniques -Conduct routine preventative maintenance and maintain audit checklists, documentation and other records -Collect key data to track the performance of significant equipment -Identify potential issue and highlight to supervisor/team leader proactively -Keep all significant equipment at the store to be ready for sales at all time -Facilitate interface with suppliers, provide supervision and escort for regular and ad-hoc maintenance activities by suppliers -Prepare weekly/monthly service reports and provide input and improvement suggestion -Liaise when necessary with Corporate Maintenance Department and align the same corporate’s regulation

• 1. Degree in any field. 2. Minimum of 3-year experiences in M&R or Operation in Coffee, Bakery, Food Business, or a proven “hands-on” interaction experience in service based industry. 3. Excellent technical skills with a broad range of application. 4. Good knowledge of Specialty coffee product and passion of Coffee are a MUST. 5. Skillful in the use of various coffee equipment and other food functional equipment in retail store. 6. Commitment to high standards and attention to detail. 7. Proactive in problem solving. 8. Service mind. 9. Occasionally able to work on site. 10. Effective communication skills at all levels - both orally and in writing. 11. Ability to undertake work with limited supervision, be self-motivated and well-organized. 12. Demonstrate a flexible, adaptable positive attitude to achieve operational requirements. 13. Ability to pass on knowledge to others in constructive manner. 14. Expert in MS Office, especially excel (Spreadsheet) and/or project management program.
