We command high success as a market leader both in Thailand and the region with our strong prestigious brands such as SEALY, SANTAS, BACK SAVER, STEVENS, Jaspal Home Collection, etc. We are currently expanding the plant and looking for a high competent candidate to join our team as: Job Description The incumbent will report directly to our Manufacturing Director, and will be responsible for developing and executing the companys new product creation and innovation agenda. He will work closely with Brand Management, Quality Assurance, Planning, Production and overseas offices to develop product from start to finish. This position will involve in developing a coordinated line of bedding product, identifying and sourcing suitable materials/vendors, coordinating packaging development and securing production from our own factory. This position will help us to take our product development efforts to the next level and deliver the most innovative products to our customers/retailers and, ultimately, provide a better sleep experience to consumers. He/she also be involved in customer presentations to key accounts and will be responsible for meeting the budgeted sales in this category. Location of work : The Company locates at 49 Moo 9, Soi Ruamjai, Bangna-Trad Rd.(Km.19), Bangchalong, Bangplee, Samutprakarn 10540 ( 2 Km. from Hua Chieaw Chalermprakiat University). • <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b><u>Qualifications</u></b><b>:</b></p> <ul> <li>Thai national, aged 35 - 40 years old</li> <li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or higher in Engineering, Product Design and Development, Material Sciences or related field.</li> <li>A minimum 7 years in product development, in a soft line product field</li> <li>Some years in management level is preferred</li> <li>Have direct experience in setting specifications, prototypes, testing material standards</li> <li>Hands on, pro-active, self motivated, with attention to details</li> <li>Strong presentation skills with good command of English and computer literacy</li> <li>Capable of inter department interface between marketing, manufacturing and planning</li> <li>Ability to independently multitask, can work within product introduction deadlines</li> <li>Able to travel overseas for product review meetings</li> </ul>
