INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER-FASHION PRODUCTS

• Responsibilities: - Manage to achieve organization\'s international sales policies, objectives and initiatives - Formulate international sales plans and strategies for LYN & JELLY BUNNY shoes and accessories for the export territories and individual countries - Work closely with Int’l Business Development Manager (who performs market penetration in the region and develop new customers within existing product lines) to take over business processes and manage sales and retail operations in the assigned countries as assigned by the Brand Director - Be responsible for the supervision of all matters regarding assigned retail outlets in the Region including sales, staff, stock and resources management in order to provide outstanding customer service, achieve sales volume, adhere to retail operations and visual presentation standards and maximizing profits - Manage sales and retail operations in all assigned countries to meet or exceed the assigned sales targets and achieve the Company objectives - Provide information and feedback to Buying and Merchandise Planning Team to ensure that the selection of products is best suited to customer needs/tastes in each country - Oversee and ensure timely and accurate order processing, order fulfillment, shipping procedures and smooth merchandise replenishment - Work closely with Merchandising, Warehouse & Delivery and Export-Import Admin. team to ensure smooth export sales operations - Work closely with Marketing Manager to learn all aspects of running a special marketing and promotional retail events - Manage budgets and all the financial aspects of the store - Analyze and report on the sales results to superiors with recommendations for the necessary adjustments if needed - Deal with HR regarding staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, providing or organizing training and development as well as exercising rewarding or disciplinary actions - Be Responsible for providing guidance, direction, coaching and development to the retail team in order to achieve sales revenue, profit and customer service goals - Oversee compliance of all staff with the established company policies, procedures and standards - Build up and maintain acordial and sustainable relationships with all parties concerned in the assigned countries to ensure the export targets are achieved - Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Asst. Brand Director and Brand Directors Qualifications: - Thai citizen, age 30 plus with good personality (Expatriate with some years working experience in fashion business in Thailand and the Region is also welcome) - BA. in Fashion Marketing, International Marketing or related field, MBA is preferred - At least 5 yrs.retail management or international sales experience from fashion industry - Solid skills in sales forecasting, sales analysis and cost & profit calculation, exposure to international markets is essential - Able to deal with overseas department store/shopping centers and work closely with IBD, internal marketing and merchandising team independently - Knowledge of local regulations affecting customers and familiarized with export-import procedures - Strong fashion and business sense - Ability to communicate in a clear concise and understandable manner with sharp presentation and negotiation skills - Good analytical skills, sensitive to figures and sound PC knowledge - Well organized, committed and can work independently and under pressure - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be an advantage - Enjoy frequent traveling and working with people from different cultures
