• We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to establish company awareness and grow our Thai team. Home rentals have done nothing but surge over recent months, especially since COVID-19. RentSpree is at the forefront of the rental wave and we need your help to build something great together! RentSpree is the most reviewed rental screening software on Google in the entire US with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.0 stars. Since the company operates in the US, we are not yet well known in Thailand. Your role will be to build, create, and establish the RentSpree brand in Thailand. You will work closely with the executive team, graphic designers, and marketing agencies to market the spread our name in the Thai development and startup communities. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing or business administration • 2-5 years of work experience in the marketing field. • Expert in LinkedIn • Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing • Understanding of public relations • Must have exceptional attention to detail • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task, and work independently • Resourcefulness, self-sufficiency, and a desire to learn are essential • When you apply please share your portfolio link (mandatory) Responsibilities: • Promote and manage RentSpree (Thailand) on LinkedIn and all social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter. • Establish and deliver the company’s voice throughout all channels. • Work closely with marketing agencies and recruiters to ensure the success of all campaigns. • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and news media. • Identify and analyze audience behavior and adjust contents and advertising campaigns accordingly • Produce valuable and engaging content for our social media and LinkedIn • Help and support team members to create high-quality content. • Find an opportunity to promote the company through public and social events.
