Service Engineer (Good English) ประจำเชียงใหม่

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• หน้าที่: เป็นงาน service เช่น ซ่อมบำรุง ติดตั้งเครื่อง ส่งมอบเครื่อง หรือแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานให้ลูกค้านอกสถานที่ ต้องเดินทางต่างจังหวัด แยกเป็น 5 แผนก ตามผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทฯ ดังนี้ 1.รถขุด รถแบคโฮ 2.รถกระเช้า รถโฟคลิฟ 3.ทาวเวอร์เคน (ใช้ในการก่อสร้าง) 4.รถโมบายเครน 5.เครื่องจักรคอนกรีต รถโม่ปูน ปั้มปูน แพล้นคอนกรีต 6.เกษตร: รถเกี่ยวข้าว รถตัดอ้อย รถแทรกเตอร์ 1.Supervise and assist the distributors to establish and improve the service system, provides the necessary management, training and support to distributors, comprehensively improve the after-sales service ability of distributors. 2.Assist Thailand country manager to handle customer relationship and timely solve service needs, to improve customer satisfaction of the end user. 3.Requires a good knowledge of Zoomlion products and services, provide comprehensive service support for Zoomlion in Excavator, Backhoe, Forklift A Tower Crane, Mobile Crane, Combine harvester 4.Collect market service information and service reports as required by zoomlion headquarters. 5.Establish Data Base of Product list for all dealer in Thailand Territory. 6.Create a data Of Maintenance & Unit Repair record 7.Conduct a delivery inspection of Customer Product 8.Create Part List Data Base, for maintenance parts & Reusable Parts 9.Monitoring warranty process, warranty statement & monitoring warranty time. 10.Handle a Maintenance & repair presentation, & give training to all of Our Dealer In Thailand

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Engineer graduated in Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineer or other with relate -Good customer communication and computer skills. -Engineer can speak English with Chinese boss. (Toeic Score 450 up is preferred) -At least 2 years Service Engineer and Service Technician experience in manufacturing industry, heavy Equipment Dealer, Construction machinery, Agriculture machinery dealer, with specialist experience separate in 5 departments -Has knowledge in Hydraulic, Electrical, Mechanical -Can drive a car and driving license
