Accountant AP Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Check and approve for expense follow by the internal financial & account regulation under headquarter guide and policy •Account for the company expenditure, cost. record and supervise all aspect of company operating activities, accredited payables travel reimbursement and office expense, expense etc...) •Staff advance and petty cash check and record, make account voucher, registration, •Bank statement expense reconciliation. •Coordinate with another department, support and follow up document. •Tax PND3,53,54 and PP.30 and PP.36 •Report expense and bank transfer by a week •Check and Reconciliation balance for accrued and prepaid •Other issues assigned by manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in account/finance is required. • At least 2 years’ experience in financial/accounting field, • Good command in English or Chinese, Must be advantage • Knowledge Thailand tax law & regulation • Familiar with account software and able to work effectively independently • Excellent in excel, PowerPoint, word • Familiarize with the express system
