Business Analyst - Commercial

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Identify and implement initiatives that drive commercial efficiencies and productivities with the aim to reduce risk and improve commercial excellence. - Perform deep-dive analysis in order to provide proactive, constructive and actionable insights that identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate management decisions to deliver better service. - Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. - Quickly gain a deep understanding of the business processes that are underpinning the metrics and goals. - Work closely with Commercial Director to innovate and refine process optimization to improve productivity. - Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. - Support the management in its day-to-day work delivering data driven insights and convincing presentations. - Translate complex data and information into easy-to-understand insights tailored for all relevant audiences. - Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. - Performing requirements analysis. - Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. - Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. - Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree/Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, MBA or relevant field. - At least 3 years in business analyst, Project Management or related fields is an advantage. - Possess outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. - Good communication in both Thai and English (speaking and writing). - Off Site visit and travel to meet agents (BKK or upcountry) in the various channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Willingness to go extra-mile. - Self-driven, goal-driven mindset and “Can Do” attitude and also able to work under pressure.
