Business Analyst - Operations Excellence

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Highlights ● Drive operational excellence initiative; from data-driven opportunity identification, solutioning, process design, and implementation ● High level of analytical and critical thinking skills required ● 3-5 years’ experience in business operations or any related project management in Operations ● Good communication in both Thai and English Responsibilities ● Identify and implement initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and productivities with the aim to reduce risk and improve operational excellence ● Perform deep-dive analysis in order to provide proactive, constructive and actionable insights that identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate management decisions to deliver better service ● Quickly gain a deep understanding of the business processes that are underpinning the metrics and goals ● Maintain and resolve issues relating to Sum Insured and Insurance product’s price list ● Work closely with Strategy and Operations Director to innovate and refine process optimization to improve productivity ● Support the management in its day-to-day work delivering data driven insights and convincing presentations ● Translate complex data and information into easy-to-understand insights tailored for all relevant audiences

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements ● Bachelor's degree/Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, MBA or relevant field ● Have minimum 3 years’ experience in business operations or any related project in operation optimization / process design ● Possess outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical thinking ● Good communication in both Thai and English (speaking and writing) ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ● Willingness to go extra-mile ● Self-driven, goal-driven mindset and “Can Do” attitude also able to work under pressure
