• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Growth Manager who has experience in sales and marketing who is familiar with startup environments. The ideal candidate possesses a sales-driven personality, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong ability to supervise and motivate team members to achieve outstanding sales results. As an Assistant Growth Manager, you will support Growth Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the expansion and success of our team agent business by fostering growth, optimizing strategies, and ensuring the performance of your team. Job Highlights ● Develop sales strategies and drive commercial initiatives; from data-driven opportunity identification, solutioning, process design, and implementation ● 2-4 years experience in sales or business commercial ● Good communication in both Thai and English Responsibilities ● Support Growth Manager to lead, manage, mentor, and motivate sales team. ● Manage and track salesperson’s individual performance and KPIs to ensure that they can achieve monthly sales target. ● Off-Site visit and travel to meet partners (BKK or upcountry) in the Inspection Garage and Agent Office markets. ● Develop and execute strategic sales plans and new initiatives to achieve growth target, increase market share, enhance conversion rates, and optimize sales processes. ● Work together with Growth Manager to set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to salesperson. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with digital marketing, product development, and other relevant departments.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ● Bachelor's degree in any field ● Sales Experience of 1-4 years. Background in Start-up or Insurance is an advantage. ● Good communication in both Thai and English (speaking and writing). ● Self-driven, goal-driven mindset and “Can Do” attitude, and also able to work under pressure. ● Proven track record of success in previous sales or commercial related role ● Strong leadership and team management experience is preferred ● Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver execution of strategies
