Market Research and Analysis ● Lead market research initiatives to identify potential areas for business expansion and growth. ● Provide regular reports and insights on market conditions to senior management. Strategic Partnerships & Planning ● Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships with partners. ● Develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan for the insurance business. ● Collaborate with key stakeholders to negotiate and establish partnerships that align with the company's strategic objectives. ● Foster and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and associations. ● Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to the management team. ● Collaborate with the management team to define and refine the company's long-term objectives.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. ● Proven experience in strategic development or business development within the insurance industry, with 5-8 years of relevant experience. ● Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. ● Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. ● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions. ● Holding an Individual Broker License (Life and/or Non-life) would be advantageous.
