- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience). - At least 3 years of experience as an IT support/IT Administrator/IT assistant - Able to communicate in English (written and spoken) - Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, IT asset management and peripherals. - Familiarity with network systems, wired and wireless networks, and related technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus.
