หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze and understand the business objectives and training needs of the organization
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs and curricula that address identified needs.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
• Utilize various training methods such as workshops, e-learning, and onthe-job training.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled trainers.
• Provide ongoing support, coaching, and professional development for trainers.
• Ensure trainers deliver high-quality training sessions consistently.
• Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously refine and enhance training programs based on feedback and changing business needs.
• Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Negotiate with vendors and external training providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, outcomes, and participant progress.
• Prepare regular reports on training effectiveness and ROI for senior management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training management role
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
