- Handle with customers for All Terminal activities services (feeder, Barge, Warehouse, CFS) - Take care and develop relationship of Shipping carriers and target customers (Domestic & Oversea) by visiting , creating sales activities and entertaining events. - Approach target customers and generate new customers. - Propose Pricing, Quotation and close sales. - Co-ordinate with All concern parties including Operation vendors of Container and Stevedore stuffing team for smooth service and customer satisfaction. - Dealing with customers’ inquiries and creating solution. - Manage the Commercial team to reach with the KPI and Ficinancial Target.
