HR Assistant Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and direct the day to day operation of HR department including HRM, HRD, ER and enforcing company policies and practices.
• Be partner with the management team to develop compensation & benefits strategy, employee engagement policies and office administration.
• Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Support current and future business goal through the development, engagement, motivation of human resources
• Build a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance evaluation program that drives high performance
• Maintains knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources and employment laws

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
• Over 5 years of experience in HR role and 3 years as a HR Manager who taking care full spectrum of HR operation and strategy
• Familiarity with labor legislation
• People oriented is required
• Good analytical skills and open minded
• Good command in English is required
