Accounting Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Manage and control the work of accounting team to make sure that they produce error-free accounting reports and present their results with accounting accuracy standard and within the timeline  Responsible for Annual Financial Statement, coordinate with auditor, and analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status  Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable including review and recommend modifications to all accounting systems that submitted from other departments  Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process  Provide input into department’s goal setting process  Prepare monthly financial statements and analyzing and auditing all of the accounting functions.  Responsible for the company’s annual taxation  Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance  Plan, assign and review staff’s work to improve and develop their capabilities  Support month-end and year-end close process  Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls  Liaise with Finance and Accounting Team to improve financial procedures  Other assignments as assigned by the superior.
