Contract Management Officer (เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารงานนิติกรรมสัญญา)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for the company’s property management and lease (e.g. sublease, property sales and leasing, lease transferring )
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the negotiation , the agreement and legal and lease issues, both new store and renewal ;
• Negotiate and close the deal, prepare offer letter and agreement as well as landlord consent and stamp duty of new store.
• Negotiate, manage and control lease renewal; prepare letter of renewal intent and agreement, stamp duty of existing store.
• Coordinate with authority concern related to issues faced by store opening and the existing stores.
• Set up and update tracking database system of lease agreement of the company
• Solve legal and lease issue as necessary.
• Legal advice and consultation
• Corresponds internally and externally to resolve issues.
• Any ad hoc case assignment by Line Manager

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์
• มีความรู้ด้านนิติกรรมสัญญา
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
• มีทักษาด้านการจัดการข้อมูล
