Marketing Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Create data driven insights about the impact of our global performance marketing campaigns  Develop new approaches to grow our user base through data driven marketing optimization  Collaborate with our international marketing and CRM team to support campaign decisions  Partner with our data science team to create deep insights into our new user cohorts  Act as a thought partner in the selection of the company's marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), craft its definitions, and track the progress against those target metrics  Mold data from multiple sources into strategic marketing insights  Build intuitive and readable dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and extract actionable insights  Influence backend data design and develop your own data solutions as needed  Bridge analytics and marketing, speaking both languages  Collaborate with different marketing functions to create analyses to help support campaign decisions  Work closely with performance marketing and marketing tech  Other assignment assigned by supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  Male of female age not over 40 years  Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, STEM, or another related field  At least 1 year of experience as a marketing analyst working with data from digital campaigns  Strong ability to condense complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways that drive action  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail  Demonstrated strong intellectual curiosity
