Marketing Communication Executive (Au Bon Pain)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Marketing Communication Strategic Planning and Execution  Develops and implements marketing communication strategies both offline and online platform and in line with Au Bon Pain USA and/or the company’s overall goal on business.  Works with VP Of Marketing to execute all online and offline advertising campaigns for optimal results.  Regular monitoring of all ABP’s website and social media content. Additional responsibilities include supporting company departments to update their information as required, with a strong focus on corporate facts and financial figures.  Ensure all executions are executed on time, plan and budget.  Keeps abreast of current and future competitors’ digital marketing performances and trends.  Explores new online business opportunities with both current and new partners. Programmatic (Web, Mobile)  Monitors ABP’s online presences and work closely with marketing agencies to ensure optimal results through search, retargeting and programmatic.  Monitors the company website traffic analytics to identify trends and opportunities to grow online business.  Conduct social media monitoring and generate analytics and reports based on numbers of website visitors; fans; customer data; insights and trends, in order to create effective communication campaigns and understand how these can be improved in the future.  Ensures that ABP’s presence in all approved online channels are up to date and in line with the ABP’s branding. Communications  Lead and liaise with external agencies in all areas of both digital media and offline marketing tools, timeline and deliverables.  Builds positive working relationship with all departments, ensuring the understanding of the concept of digital marketing.  Maintains positive communication and builds close rapport with each departments, online partners and agencies.  Maintain social media platforms, blog posts and online community.  Additional work assigned by Vice President of Marketing.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  Male of female age not over 35 years  Good knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications  Good understanding of office management and marketing principles  Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines  Exquisite communication and people skills  Education: bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business or communications any related fields  At least 3-5 years in corporate communications, online communications or related field  Special Knowledge: Background in programmatic advertising, mobile-commerce and social commerce environment would be an advantage.
