Recruitment Manager (ร้านเกรฮาวด์คาเฟ่)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
• Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics and gathering feedback
• Manage external and internal recruitment activities (e.g., job briefing, screening cv’s/applications, conducting telephone interviews, providing short lists, scheduling interviews, extend offers, coordinate on-boarding activities, etc.)
• Coordinate Recruitment transactional activities in support of Line Manager
• Coordination of logistics for recruitment events where appropriate.
• Conducting HR interviews at final round for all permanent roles
• Working alongside client sponsors, keeping them updated regularly about the status of recruitment
• Ensuring all approved roles are advertised internally and on external careers site and vacancies are recorded
• Screening of CVs in line with line managers’ requirements, meeting with suitable candidates for initial screening interview and recording of all direct recruitment activity
• Managing offer process – including providing up to date salary/rate and market information, and comparison data from recent hires in the business area
• Liaison with line managers to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  Education/Relevant : Bachelor Degree related field.
•  Experience : Minimum 5 year working experience in Recruitment and Selection
•  Special Knowledge : Food retails industry, labor law.
•  Business Understanding : Product knowledge, restaurant operations and management
