Assistant Marketing Manager (Dunkin)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop long term marketing strategies based on the consumer insight, to serve long term business growth.
• Review and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long term market share
• Review and revise the marketing strategy each year to ensure it copes well with current market situation.
• Deploy marketing strategies to develop the marketing plan and marketing calendar.
• Conduct Marketing survey and research so as to get consumer insight and develop Marketing plan
• Create professional Marketing presentation for APAC market and internal & external meeting
• Lead the marketing team and Co-ordinate with operation team, purchasing team and finance team to ensure the proper implementation of the marketing plan.
• New Product Development: Liaise with R&D department and kitchen to identify new product line in context to the market trends, customer interests and necessities.
• Develop promotional strategy in conjunction with the new product launch.
• Engage in joint promotion with potential organizations or media publications in order to enhance the brand awareness and the number of potential customers of Dunkin Donuts.
• Support operations team to achieve the specified sales growth target and profits.
• Reinforce core value of the brand in the market in order to build brand awareness.
• Analyze the implementation of the promotion programs and suggest the way to refine segments, promotions, customer retention and return on investments.
• Managing and executing the communication outreach to ensure consistent messaging and uniformity in the ongoing presentation.
• Develop grand opening programs for new stores that will build brand awareness in the local communities and drive traffic to the stores as well as stimulate product trial (per new opening).
• Work with Purchasing Department and Operation department to ensure effective ordering and stock management for new product launch.
• Develop effective planogram to ensure that all the stores nationwide deliver the same brand identity.
• Other assignments as assigned by the superior.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Exquisite communication and people skills
• Education: bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in marketing, sales, business or communications any related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing
