หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Department management activities Provide training and consulting service to client Manage and control the assigned consult project Support to team the assigned consult project Ensure client satisfaction by performing professional service, and follow code of conduct' Maintain own project file and report project status Sales & Services & Support activities Design and develop training course and meterial (include in IRCA course) Sharing information of the product with marketing and sales Explainto and answer question form customers in issued related to R&A's products Communicate additional service requirements to marketing and sales. Communicate customer feedback to customer service IRCA involvement activities Internal audit Initiate corrective action and improvement to R&A service Authorities To represent R&A on all matters dealing with customer requirements and service provision

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education:Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration Experience: 2years work experience plus1 year experiencein R&A ralated products. Skill: Computer application MS office English, Business English, Communication Interpersonal Presentation, Project Management Training Coaching Knowledge: Company & products Quality Management system, International management system standard and R&A related product
