• Cleartoo is the fastest growing new app for buying and selling second hand clothes in Thailand. Our goal is to enable everybody to easily and safely buy / sell second hand fashion, and help reduce fashion waste. Your missions: Lead and drive customer service department Replying to customer queries and ensuring smooth running of daily processes to meet service level agreement Investigating and solving customer problems; (collaborate with IT team for any technical issues). Collaborate with team members to build the basis of our customer service Creating a new feedback procedure for clients or improving upon the existing model. Learning about Cleartoo new services and remaining up to date with any changes. Provide feedback about improvements to Cleartoo's customer service Provide feedback about recurring issues Monitor competitive landscape Monitor ROI and KPIs About you 1-3 years of professional experience High customer empathy Must be able to work under deadline pressure. Problem solver and detailed oriented English and Thai Thai nationality
