หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The sought-after candidate must have profound knowledge and experience in quality management within the automotive industry. The applicant is expected to be knowledgeable about IATF 16949 standards and experienced in certification processes in this area. This role involves the responsibility of continuously assessing and improving the conformity and effectiveness of processes and systems.
• Coordinate and communicate IATF, and Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs); lead plant-functional teams to ensure compliance.
• Responsible to coordinate and support the team to achieve IATF 16949 certifications and others as required
• Develop the process to implement, achieve and maintain IATF 16949
• Maintain local documents to uphold compliance to Global, Regional YF IOS requirements, IATF 16949, Customer Specific Requirements, and other regulatory requirements.
• Responsible to provide awareness to all levels of the plant team when changes and/or updates are made to Customer Specific Requirements.
• Develop and maintain a schedule for all IATF16949 and other external party audits, with the objective of identifying gaps and supporting with corrective/preventive actions.
• Support Corporate 2nd Party Audits as Co-Auditor and Lead. Certification as IOS Lead Auditor is required

• Advanced Quality Management Skills
• Proven Process Improvement Experience
• ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or NAMQSR deployment, execution, or sustainment experience. IATF16949 and/or Proficiency in PowerPoint. Responsible to coordinate and support the team to achieve IATF 16949 certifications and others as required Ability to create strategy presentations to groups.
• Technical problem-solving ability (Plan, Do, Check, Act, (PDCA) Full Time Entry Level Root Cause/Countermeasure, (RC/CM), and/or TBP).
